Welcome to Shakeel Ahmad (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shakeel Ahmad mobile application (the “App”) available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the App (including text, images, graphics, trademarks, and code) are owned by Shakeel Ahmad or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
3. User Content
If the App allows you to upload or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for App functionality and improvement purposes.
You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Some features of the App may require payment or a subscription. All purchases made through the App are processed by Apple and subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We do not control or manage billing, refunds, or payment information collected through the App Store.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shakeel Ahmad and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
